Bottled. Hazy dark golden with a rich and sticky white foam. Yeasty aroma of straw, hay, orange-peels, spices and white grapes. Semi-sweet flavour of oranges, berries, wet grass, yeast and nectarines. Medium-bodied. Long finish of yeast, grassy hops, candied oranges and white pepper. Quite nice!

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 bluevegie (3004) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - OCT 24, 2006
Cloudy, dull yellow body with a decent white head. My nose is not fully working tonight but what I could pick up was yeast and malt. The taste is a repeat of the aroma with some spice thrown in. Inoffensive belgian ale that doesn’t really stand out but easily drinkable. Best lacing I have seen for a while.

Clear pale blond beer, huge creamy whtie head, pretty stable, little adhesive. Aroma: cheesy, coriander, orange peel, overripe banana, something off, can’t put my finger on it, but it smells bad. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: grains, orange peel, honey, quite bitter, grassy touch. Aftertaste: bitter, citrus, orange peel, sweet malts, honey, bit watery.

Hazy gold honey hue, with an off-white head, yeasty, honeyed pale malt, with some pears and green apples fruitiness, with a faint vanilla spicy accent, a subtle floral hop aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, sweet grainy, honeyish pale malt character, with a fruity pear candyish note, with a faint flowery hop accent, leading towards a malty, fruity, lingering hop bitterness finish.
