TrefwoordPunk (549), Leiden, Netherlands Nov 3, 2009 Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear dark brown with a medium fading head and an aroma of toffee, nuts, sweet malts and maybe some vinegar. The flavor isn’t too sweet, the main flavor seems to be caramel. There’s also notes of nuts, honey, bread, liquorice, winter spices, overripe dark fruits and smoked salmon. The finish s a warm spicy bitter. This is a really nice brew, I really enjoyed it. thebeertourist (2750), Oslo, Norway Oct 4, 2009 On tap at In de Wildeman. Dark brown with a creamy tan head.
