COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It is a reddish-brown beer of 6,5% ABY, with an aroma of toasted bread and a rounded, caramel malty taste. Available in Autumn.

Bottle. A dark red-brown color with a thin brown head. Aroma is sweet and quite spicy combined with notes of yeast, wood, raisins, citrus, and prunes. The flavor is sweet with notes of prunes, wood, and cowberries as well as hints of yeast and alcohol. The mouthfeel is quite carbonated.

A very dark red-brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet and quite spicy combined with notes of yeast, wood, raisins, citrus, and prunes. The flavor is sweet with notes of prunes, wood, and cowberries as well as hints of yeast and alcohol. The mouthfeel is quite carbonated.

From tap. Pours clear and golden amber with a diminished tan head. Fruity and mil caramel malty aroma. Light breadish flavoured with a light bitterness and spice note coming through. Light spiced an malty finish with a whiff of chocolate. Smooth finish. Light spiced into the far finish.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, reddish brown with a bubbly, dissipating light brown head. Lovely aroma of roasted malt and dried fruit. Medium body with rather sweet roasted malts and notes of both dried and overripe fruit with an almost rum like edge. Very discreet bitterness. Loads of yeast sediment. Lovely. 161006

Bottled. Deep rubyish brown colour, with mediumsized brown head, which goes down to a firm small brown head quite fast. Aroma is caramel, yeast, some earth and slight toasted notes. Flavour is ryebread, some caramel malts and mild notes of roast. Quite nutty in the aftertaste.
