Pale yellow with a one finger white head. Aroma is banana, yeasty. Taste is more of the same. Body is actually medium which is nice. Not bad, but not my favorite weizenbock.

Bottle, shared by me... in my dining room... just now.
Pours a very hazy yellow with a big head and decent lacing on the glass.

Gracious the aroma is spicy, almost potpourri like... it’s got some banana & some bread... but man it’s got a lot of clove and spice.

The flavor is decently sweet & very spice forward. The finish is dry enough and it’s got a nice little lemon on banana thing happening. The booziness is decently low.

Orange/yellow color. Light coriander aroma with grain. Lightly sweet with yeast and a dry finish.

Tap at Stub and Herb’s in Minneapolis. Light banana nose, with some dark fruit lingering behind. Medium dark amber/red color. Light but very sweet malty initial, wheat, gentle banana, quickly disappearing finish. Medium body, and a bit powdery and cake-like on the tongue. Okay. Mild, sweet, but not much in mid and finish.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy off-straw hue with a foamy white head. Nose of a lot of banana, decent spicey cloves and some sweet bready yeast. Taste of banana pound cake, a little tart, grainy yeast, some citrusy, and tropical fruit. Mouthfeel is medium with medium carbonation. Finish is long with a smooth banana ester and some astringency on the tongue. Fabulous beer! Always thought Weizenbocks were darker in color. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A really nice beer. Pours a nice light hazy yellow. This is all about the banana. In the aromas and flavors. A nice sweet breadiness to this as well. Quality stuff.

Cloudy yellow lemon body with foamy white head and nice lacing. Aroma of banana and lemons, citrus, baked bread. Taste is sweet bready, like a hefeweizen with a touch of tartness. Quite a nice weizen bock.

Hazy straw pour, thin but foamy white head. Aroma is light banana , clove, malted wheat. Hint of alc. Lighter bodied than expected. Fruity, banana, pear. Hint of lemon. Malted wheat/cereal maltiness. Less spice than expected. Very easy drinking. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours hazy golden with dense thin head some lacing. Nose is lemony and bright with damp wheat in the background. Flavor is extremely full with spicy grain-yeast notes up front and a burst of citrusy hops and slight prickly bitterness lasting long in the finish. A favorite style of mine and this beer nails the style and with the use of a tasty atypical hop maybe even raises the bar for American brewers attempting it.
