12. oz bottle pours clear amber color with a tight off white beige head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma is mostly caramel and sweet malts. Taste is mostly sweet with some bitterness and nuttiness in the dry finish. Body is medium with average carbonation and a slightly slick mouthfeel. Exactly what I was looking for in a reasonably priced bock. I would try this one often if it were available where I live.

Bottled.An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of straw malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, and alcohol, leading to a ry alcoholic finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours cloudy amber with a small off white head. Aroma is roasted malty and light caramelish. Toffee, toasted malty and light breadish. Toffee malty and roasted into a breadish malty finish.

Straight out of the bottle. (sometimes you just got to...) Brown coloring with strong complexity in the taste and good body.

12. oz bottle. Pours clear red amber color with a tight foamy soapy off white beige head that dissipates to a film and collar. Aroma has caramel some fruit and malt. Taste is more the same with some hidden bitterness and minerals and nuttiness. Palate is medium and slick with a chalky dry finish. Nice beer.

Clear red-amber with quick diminishing white head. Sweet/sour malt aroma. Taste - toasted malt, grassy hops, cherry, caramel and biscuit. Rich and malty. Fantastic Bock.

Nutty aroma decent head and lacing. Caramel and nutty palate that finishes a little bit sweet. Easy drinking Bock.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a dark copper with a nice biege head. Aroma of malt, caramel, and nuts. Taste is sweet malt, caramel, nuts, and fruit. A bit too sweet. Decent.

Pours a reddish copper color with a good sized tan head, mostly dissipating. Nose is malt. Nice and creamy on the palate, this bock has a sweet flavor of caramel wrapped around the malt flavor. Tastes more like a dopplebock than a bock. Very good beer- pairs well with brats off the grill.
