Pours a light reddish-brown with medium off-white head. Aroma of caramel and sweet malt. Taste is a little nutty, some roated malt, a little metallic, light hops, tiny hints of coffee & caramel. Medium-light mouthfeel, watered down...tastes like a very watered down stout. On the good side, it’s highly drinkable just not very high quality.

Pours a dark copper brown with minimal head. Smells of sweet malts. Taste is a medium sweet malt flavor with a hint of corn. Smooth clean finish.

Bottle: Found some old notes that I had tasted these in the States many years ago. To be honest I can’t remember that much of these beers, but next to the beers name I wrote a little bit of info. So these notes are for me, to ensure and complete my list and to use this database as mine too. If you want to consider this as a tick, do so. It is for my own record, that I know I had tasted it once. It was not bad, but I was not impressed either: pretty sweet and malty.

(bottle 8/1/10). Clear brown color. Small off white head. Light sweet caramel aroma. Same flavor. Short duration. Light dry finish. Thin texture. Moderate carbonation. Spare lacing.

This beer is really pretty decent, but still nothing much to it. I like some more complexity.

bottle 1/9/11. looks nice... rich coppery tinged brown with an off white head. the nose is all alcohol (4.8%, how?)...floral, sweet grain and pennies show up as well. the flavor is the same... alcohol and assy. crisp and forgettable. 5/4/4/3/9

Part of variety case. Light copper color, modest head and little lacing, sweet and nutty just thin overall. At least distinctive.

Poured a brownish color, with not much of a head on it. Had a very light taste and is not memorable.
