COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This all malt, Vienna-style lager is a real crowd pleaser! Roasted malts and imported hops give it a deliciously smooth malt taste backed by a light hop finish. Perfect for any occasion.

Pours a reddish cooper into the glass with a medium sized light tan head that mostly dissipates. Aroma is of malt. Very creamy on the palate with a pleasant taste of malt on the front end and a light dry finish. Very quaffable brew that pairs well with ham and swiss on rye.

Poured a pale reddish/amber with a decent head that faded to a nice frothy lace. The aroma was sweet, malty with a slighty fruity edge. Taste was of nutty malts with a light hop finish. Mouthfeel was decent with a nice density/viscosity. Overall, a nice Vienna lager - very similar tasting to William Penn made just across the old river in LaCrosse.

Bottle: Clear copper pour with a thin ring of beige head. Pretty mild aroma of lager malt. Sweet and a little grassey. Tastes malty, faint grass.. not much else. Pretty mild. Went well with spicey noodles.

Relatively thick malt presence, not much as far hoppiness, but that’s expected. Good beer to drink with spicier foods that are flaming hot, puts out the fire but not too sweet.

Dark amber pour with a fizzy head. Light aroma of stale hops and corny malt. Flavor is sorta like not so great. Meh.

FROTHINGSLOSH (3205) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 9, 2011
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a caramel-brown color with a large foamy beige head that left good lacing. The aroma was faintly tart with a note of cherries. The flavor was caramel, nut and sweet malts with light notes of cherry and berry. The finish was long and tangy with notes of nut and berry lingering. Medium body. Decent.

Bottle. Light, clear copper pour, average carbonation and a slightly sweet malt aroma. Flavor is nutty malts, sweet and slightly sugary, and finished with a little hop bite. Not bad, but average.

Hazy reddish pour with white head. Aroma has notes of some roasted malt, touch of bread and fruit. Taste is some bready fruit, and a touch of caramel. Average, weak flavors, and not that many of them.
