Bottle, part of a sampler pack. I thouroughly enjoyed this pale ale. poured with a decent color, small white head, hoppy aroma that followed through into the taste. Great follow through to the finish. A great american pale ale, that I would enjoy again.

Jul 18, 2008 I’m not into Pale Ales much but this one alright. Good coIor and flavor. But I really diidn’t like the finish. It was kind of bitter...bitter in a bad way.

Jul 14, 2008 [Bottle] Pours a clear copper with a medium soapy head. Aroma is citric hops, and a little bit of malt. Flavor is a bit thin, but not bad. Typical hop profile with a little malt in the background.

Jun 27, 2008 Not bad actually. Probably my favorite out of the variety pack. I got a lot of malt characters along with a hint of caramel towards the finish. Hop bitterness was just right balancing quite well with the rest of the flavors. Would buy again.

Jun 26, 2008 Light amber-orange with a thinnish head. Surprisingly malty (English slant). Big caramel. Moderate amount of snappy, grassy hops. Overall, I thought it was a pretty agreeable, nicely balanced pale. Reminded me of some Canadian “IPAs” I’ve had.

Jun 23, 2008 Pale amber with a big fluffy off-white head. Mild un-noticable aroma. Taste is malty sweet with a medium hop bitterness and some citrus. They claim it’s a hybrid between an IPA and an Alt. That’s pretty close. It’s tasty and well balanced, but nothing real special.
