3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle pours a cloudy pale yellow with a small frothy white head. Aroma is very musky yeast, citrus, orange, and earthy pine. First sip definitely strikes me as a Pils, yeast and bready malts, with a slight bitterness in the middle that turns sweet with oranges on the finish. A decent drinkable beer, but Iím not sure the Fresh Citra adds anything and might even take away. The Citra just doesnít add that clean crisp refreshing aspect I look for in a Pils. An interesting idea but it might have been more suitable to use a fresh hop more commonly associated with a Pils.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Lightly hazed straw color with a taller, near-white colored head. Lemon grass and lime zest aromas. Hints of yeasty white bread. Light sweetness, with a citric undertone. Not as bitong as the aroma might suggest. Quite simple, but refreshing and no real flaws for a light crisp brew. Perhaps a bit too much gypsum, mineral salts as it gets a bit salty in the finish. 2/10

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
In short: A doughy honeyed pils with awkward hopping. Bad idea or bad execution?
How: Bottle 12oz, consumed 2 months after first bottle rating. Bottle sent to me by oakbluff, thanks Scott.
The look: Clear yellow-blond body topped by a medium white head with medium retention.
In long: Nose is drank fruity hops (tropical fruits), some cat urine (I often get this with citra) and some floral honey. Taste has discreet cereals that are crackery and bread dough, floral honey (very flowery), boiled egg white, pineapple, urine. A weird mix here, not an entirely harmonious beer to say the least. Not very flavorful and therefore easy to drink, however it sure didnít win me over. Pretty lame beer, and I will not apologize for my opinion, itís useless, because every time I apologize to people I never mean it, and I am so sorry about that.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Hazed witbier yellow with a large frothy white head that fades quickly leaving flares of lace in its wake. Aroma is spicy and semi-dank with noble hops and mild citrus. Taste is noble with caramel, lemon, and a touch of citrus. Gritty and further reminding me that fresh hopping appears to be just a big ruse.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a golden yellow with mid-sized head. Aroma of grain and some hops. Flavor is largely malt and grain with some hop overlay. Tastes like a Grain Belt or Pabst,, but with a more intense hop profile than usual. Not really a standout.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle, pours a greenish-yellow body with white foam head. Aroma of corn, biscuit, citrus peel, and faint floral hops. It tastes like Grain Belt Premium with a hint of citrus. The hops seem very subdued. Sticky on the palate, lightly carbonated. Slightly dry and bitter on the finish.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Aroma is citrus, fruit and a very deep wet hop/tropical fruit element. The flavor is citrus, heavy tropical fruit/lime/kiwi and a mix of bitter and tangy in the finish. Interesting style for a wet hop treatment.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Slight haze and white lacing foam. Hop aroma with citrus. Citrus hops in the flavor with malt and pilsner yeast. Good hops, and they are fresh. A refreshing beer.
