Bottle from the Imkerei, batch L0829690 (?)
Dark amber color; viscous. Nice aroma, mature honey, wood. Sweet but well calibrated; good honey flavor, acacia honey, not really pine honey, and a light woody touch; it also lacks complexity, although it’s quite delicious. The alcohol is under control.
