Bajor Kolbászda, Budapest. Felhős narancssárgás-sárgás színe van, közepes méretű, kitartó, krémes törtfehér habbal. Illata a búzasörök kellemes banános-citrusos világát hozza egy jó adag élesztővel természetesen. Ízében kellemesen érződik a búzamaláta, citrusosság és az élesztő szárazsága. Finom, egészen jól összerakott búzasör.

Yeasty, banana-fruity smell and aroma escorted by bread, citrusses and cloves, creamy mouthfeel.
Refreshing, sweet-tart finish with spices and citrusses.
Brought what I’m expecting from a good Weizen.

On tap at Kolbászda Bajor Étterem, Budapest. Served with slice of lemon inside. Cloudy yellow coloured, medium sized creamy white head, pleasant mild wheaty nose. Wheaty, light yeasty and acidic fruity taste with lemony notes in the finish. Refreshing.

Poured a hazy, dull yellow body with a medium sized, thick white head. Dusty nose, grainy, gluey wheaty maltiness. Nicely fresh this time... simple yeasty hefe, slightly spicy. Nothing too special.

Das Bier ist im Ganzen recht mild, die Aromen leiden darunter im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Bieren allerdings nicht. Der Antrunk besteht aus einem ausgeprägtem hefigen Aroma, das von einem herben Unterton begleitet wird, der ab dem Mittelteil eine größere Rolle einnimmt. Das Bier wird nun wieder hefiger, gleichzeitig auch leicht fruchtig, aber wirklich nur leicht. Das Bier hinterlässt einen guten Eindruck, wobei ein ein wenig ausgeprägteres Aroma wohl nicht geschadet hätte.

It’s unclear golden with a white, creamy head, and the aroma has notes of wheat and light yeast. The flavour is sweet with notes of wheat, light yeast, and towards the end a little banana and an increasingly but still light spicy bite. It’s OK, but a bit too “tame”.

Bottled@Helsinki Beer Festival 2011. Hazy orange colour with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is wheat, bananas, some yeast along with some mild grains and some herbal notes. Flavour is wheat, bananas, grains, mild yeastyness as well as some slight toffeeish notes.

Fruity banana aroma, tons of grains too. Cloudy dark orange, decent head. Taste packed full of grains that continue to the finish. Full palate, but also refreshing. Absolutely delicious hefeweizen

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of malt and wheat. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of malt and wheat, but also a light buttery note.
