1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 kevnic2008 (5695) - Baden-Baden, - FEB 20, 2011I am not an expert on light beers, I think I’d better leave it. Besides color like me anything about the beer. Either I drink a alcoholic or regular beer - the golden mean there is not for me!

Aroma is wheat, citrus, some herbs, mild cardboard and some mild toffeeish notes. Flavour is herbal, citrusy, some wheat and mild spicy/yeasty notes. Smooth carbonation. Good thirst quencher.

Bottle. A finger-thick, dense, white head sits on top of a lightly unclear, golden-orange body. Some unpleasant cooked maltyness in the aroma, with citrus, banana and bubble gum as well. The flavor is on the fruity side, banana and lemon, kept company by bubble gum, a touch of wheat and some bitterness. Medium body, quite effervescent. I’m not at all fond of the aroma, but the flavor isn’t bad, just boring. 111127

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 FatPhil (7494) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - APR 26, 2011
500ml bottle (One Pint Pub, Helsinki)
6- light citrussy aroma, to the weisse style, but with no real balls.
3 Pale hazy yellow, brief head.
6 citrussy retronasals, some pneyness. As soon as you swallow, however, the taste becomes pure light grains and creaminess. Some butter direction, and just once I got a hint of butyric acid. But creamy light bread is the major thrust.
3 Watery palate, but not too thin. Pleasant carbonation. Finish is just those pale creamy bready grains.
12 for 2.8%, this is a very tasty hefe.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 MoritzF (7756) - Bochum, GERMANY - NOV 3, 2008
(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a thick and slowly lacing foamy white head. Sweet and yeasty, moderately wheaty nose with phenolic spices of cobwebs and cloves, only restrained fruity notes in the background. Sourish flavour, light bodied, medium carbonation. Moderae wheat-character, light citrus-fruity accents; slightly sour-fruity and clove-spicy finish with grainy notes in the aftertaste. Decent summer wheat (02.XI.08).
