Reddish brown colour with small off-white head. Aroma of fruits, mostly citruses, some alcohol along with wheat and malts. Taste is sweet (wheat, hay, bread) but balanced with a little bitterness (grapefruit). Really good beer!

0.5L bottle. Pours cloudy dark brown with a huge, frothy off-white head that lingers. Strong, and typical weiss aromas of banana and yeast. Mild-medium sweetness at beginning, transitions to citrus, banana and yeast at the end, leaving a lingering, yeasty bitterness. Medium-full body with a creamy mouthfeel and mild carbonation. Overall, decent enough, but nothing standing out here.

A hazy, dark orange to cola brown coloured beer with a huge frothy and thick white head. A strong aroma of tropical fruit, specifically bananas on opening the bottle. A background caramel malt also brings forth a mild spiciness. Dry mouthfeel. A mild malt flavour to start, caramel and sweet spice, clove and cinnamon is followed by a fruitiness that adds a hint of sourness towards the end. The finish is balanced with equal amounts of sweet caramel and sour fruit.

Dark brown hazy body, tallest and densest frothy head I’ve seen on a beer so far. Smells like caralled sugar and slightly fruity. Haven’t had a dunkel weissbier as bitter as this one. Traces of yeast, wheat and leaves. Soft finish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Yoav. Hazy brown with white head. Sweet caramel-molasses aroma, with honey-floral notes. Sweet taste, a little juicy. A little plastic, mildly carbonated, long, slightly yeasty and floral finish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Yoav. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Nice classic Dunkelweizen aroma with lots of banana, some caramel, bubblegum and a spicy note. Sweetish flavor, caramelly, with banana, malt, a bit of bubblegum, a faint tart note and mild spiciness. Medium-bodied, fluffy mouthfeel. Not bad.

Deep amber-copper color, big cloudy off-white head. Toasted banana in the nose, perhaps light grassy hoppyness and clove too. Medium-bodied. Sweetish banana, a bit overriped. Soft palate, estery. Clean, pleasant mouthfeel. Decent. Well-brewed.

Hazy chestnut/light brown colour beer, with a nice big white/little beige head, lacing. Smell is not so intense, just esters and little roasted malts. Taste is good, roasted malts, chestnut. A good dunkel weizen.
