Embrouille (2823) - SWITZERLAND - JUN 10, 2009
Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of Quack-Duck. It pours a clear golden beer with a beautiful dense white head. A lot of aromatic hops in the aroma. Surprisingly bitter taste. Lovely. Great hop profile with hints of white bread, gooseberries, wild strawberries and tropical fruit. Dry finish. Flawless and deeply pleasant. Excellent! Thanks a lot Quack-Duck!

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts mild, modest dry, fine hoppy notes. Finish is a bit more spicy. Very drinkable and good pils!

Grassy hop nose. Pale golden, low carbonation, low creamy head. Lightish body, bitterhop dominates and the finish is bone-dry. Slightly perfumed aftertaste. Well crafted north german pils from bavaria :-)
