3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at Orenco taphouse. Pours a bright yellow color, a bubbly head. The aroma is huge sweet ginger, some zesty oranges. The flavor is more huge ginger, big citrus, lively, earthy and grainy. Quite good.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Can. Strongly spicy and herbal ginger root aroma with little to no apple character. Spicy, peppery, rooty ginger flavor with NO cider character. Really. Nothing else. It’s not bad, it’s actually pretty nice if you like ginger, ginger beer and ginger soda. Sweet, medium body, moderate bitterness, lively ginger zest flavor. Not cider-like at all, but tasty enough and better than the oak-aged cider for sure.

3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at Collin’s Pub, and from memory. Pours a cloudy, pale gold color, with a light aroma of apple and ginger. No head, soft carbonation. Somewhat on the sweet side, but there is a moderate ginger presence that balances this out nicely. Very enjoyable, easy to drink, and liked by other at the table.
