(Bottle 50 cl) Comes as "Schinner Premium Kellerbier Bernstein" - nothing Altfranken here. Pours a beautiful, clear, dark amber with an off-white head. Vaguely smoked nose. Medium body with roasted, malty accents. Some caramel and a whiff of smoke. Discreet, bitter finish. Quite interesting really. 150306

UPDATED: DEC 1, 2010 2010-12-01, bottle from Alldrink, Waghäusel, 6-4-7-3-13=33
Dark amber color; generous head. The aroma is a mix of caramel and cereals; it reminds me of some chocolate drinks. The flavor is a bit more refined, with quite good caramel flavor, some chocolate, light cereals; the bitterness from the hops is rather low, there is some from the dark malts. Pleasant.

Dark amber color, filtered; big head. Very light hop aroma. Some malt, light caramel, ordinary bitterness, very common flavor. Ends with some caramel.
