Slight unclear yellow with good white head. Thick & lasting. Banana, yeast & wheat aroma. Sweet fruity banana & wheat taste. Fine lacings! Medium carbonation - smooth mouthfeel - perhaps a bit thin. All around enjoyable!

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Shared a bottle. Quite a basic story, pretty much a text book weizen. Yeast and banana quite pronounced. Not my choice.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Had this one in Bayeruth at Schinner’s Brauhaus. From a 50 cl bottle. Cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Nose of sour malts and some hops. A bit of fruit, mostly banana is distinct. Mouthfeel is OK, and it finishes fine. This a a good example of its type.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy orangey golden with a yeast sediment and a fairly nice and stable white head. Distinct aroma of yeast and bananas. Very soft and velvety mouthfeel. Medium body, sweetish malty, fruity notes of bananas in particular. A whiff of sulphur in the finish. Quite a lovely Hefe. 150606

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
500ml fliptop bottle: poured light cloudy yellow with a touch of gray in it. Medium white head. Very light aroma and flavor all the way around. This is a hefeweizen for people who don’t like hefeweizens. Very little banana, yeast, spice. Watery. Quite disappointed.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
An unclear yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma is wheaty sour combined with light banan notes. The flavor is wheaty combined with light notes of oranges, and leading to a dry wheat end.
