An unclear yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma is wheaty sour combined with light banan notes. The flavor is wheaty combined with light notes of oranges, and leading to a dry wheat end.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy orangey golden with a yeast sediment and a fairly nice and stable white head. Distinct aroma of yeast and bananas. Very soft and velvety mouthfeel. Medium body, sweetish malty, fruity notes of bananas in particular. A whiff of sulphur in the finish. Quite a lovely Hefe. 150606

UPDATED: DEC 25, 2007 Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Cloudy yellow, rich creamy head. Strong estery bubblegum aroma. Sweet with evident wheat malt character. Spritzy and very estery, yest soft. A very drinkable hefeweizen where the yeast characterics are magnified and really dominant.

Test vom 7.7.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,6,7,7,7,7 - 7,15

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines and drunk at home. Hazy golden brown colour lasting white head. Dirty hoppy ripe banana aroma. Slightly vegetal aroma. It’s an ok hefe. Some fullness, some ripe banana, some spice, some hop on the finish. OK.

Slight unclear yellow with good white head. Thick & lasting. Banana, yeast & wheat aroma. Sweet fruity banana & wheat taste. Fine lacings! Medium carbonation - smooth mouthfeel - perhaps a bit thin. All around enjoyable!
