Medium sweet with fairly soft mouthfel and medium body. Hay-like lightly bitter finish. Well balanced and very drinkable. Funnily enough the waiter at Zum Uerige admitted that this was his favourite beer...

May 2, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours hazzlenut brown and clear with a diminished white head. Light fruity and dry malty aroma. Flavour is mild breadish and dry malty with a light acidic touch. Shows a light acidic and bitter finish with a mild spice note.
