COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Dry Hopped American Pale Ale (APA) is charged with American hops to create a bold, aromatic ale. Assertive hop flavor joins the pine/citrus aroma characteristic of American hops to balance the full body provided by North American malts. After fermentation, the beer circulates through a bed of Cascade and Chinook hops, boosting the distinctive hop aroma of this satisfying ale.

This is my go to beer. I could drink this for any occasion I can think of. Distinct, yet light hop profile. Smooth and slightly creamy feel. Sessionable, but still has a kick. My preferred APA.

bottle. Light amber with small head. Mild malt body with plenty of hops. I much prefer this to the standard pale ale.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours gold with a off white head. Taste bittersweet, citrus, bready. I thought this was good. I would drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Pazzo’s (Lexington, KY) Clear amber body with excellent clarity; decent white head leaves some spotty lacing. Aroma: about as much sweet malts as hops. Fruity Flavor: Some complexity from the hop mix. Biscuity malts in the background. Feel: rather light bodied; near medium carbonation; smooth.

Pours light amber with a touch of haze, no head. Smells of pine and citrus. Tastes of grapefruit, pine, caramel, touch of salt, bit of metal, a touch of bell pepper. Finishes really clean with very little linger, the bell pepper taste most present here. Very drinkable, quite enjoyable.

A- Pours a golden color with a foamy white head that subsides fairly quickly. S- Citrusey dry-hopped aroma that is slightly faint but very interesting. T- Kind of falls flat on the taste. Slightly bready, hints of citrus. M- Medium bodied with decent carbonation and a sticky feel. D- Not quite what I was expected from the aroma and not something I would order again.

Pours a hazy glowing orange-golden with a thick eggshell head that settles slowly to a thick bubbly film and leaves some intricate, dripping lace. Nose involves soft floral and fruity notes, peach and apricot, some light pine, some honey sweet malt notes, soft doughy yeast. Somewhat sweet, quite bitter. Medium bodied, creamy, oily, fluffy with carb, with a lengthy fruity drying hop finish. Really tasty, nice hop qualities and a good malt balance. Quite sessionable.

Reviewed from notes. The appearance is a semi-clear yet somewhat hazy golden orange body yielding a nice two finger white foamy head. Lacing is spotty and leaves some rings. The smell has the hops up front slightly citrus with a nice combination of malts. The taste has some bittersweet with some nice flavorful lemon tones coming through. On the palate, it sits about a light to medium, comes across sessionable, and the carbonation seems right on, slightly smooth. Overall, wow! This is a very nice APA that seems spot on for a hoppy one of its style, I would definitely have this again.

Rated on 3-16-2010 (Bottled on 10 05 2009) This bottled beer pours a medium sized frothy white head with a short retention, cloudy body, visible carbonation, and one ring of lacing. The aroma is caramel malt, bitter, citrus, grapefruit, pine hops, and fruity. The taste is bitter, fruity, citrus hops, and has a mild dry finish. The palate is mildly carbonated and this beer is light-medium bodied. In conclusion, this beer is very quaffable, not over-the-top hoppy tasting which suits me just fine, worth trying, and a beer this non-hophead would drink again.
