Tap at brewpub. Pour is lightly hazy copper with a thin white head. Aroma is light clean pine and citrus hop. Flavor is true to that. Nothing to special. A little light.

Bottle- Pours a golden color with a decent head that slowly fades. Not much aroma, just a trace of citrus and hint of sweetness. The taste is citrus with a lingering bitterness, which is not a bad thing. It has a medium feel, continued carbonation and mildly dry finish. A respectable mid-range APA. I would like to try this fresh on tap to compare.

I’m from Missouri but saw this in DC of all places and couldn’t resist. Considering it’s dry-hopped the aroma is fairly subtle... on the herbal and floral side and certainly not obvious. The beer is moderately bitter, crisp, and finishing pretty dry. Refreshing for its abv. Easy to like.

12 oz. bottle courtesy of a trade with wnoble. Loved that "bottled with love on..." dating. Pours a cloudy yellow-amber with a smallish white head. Lacing is present but thin and not long-lasting. Nose is toffee, some citrus (especially grapefruit and lemon), some pine and grain. Taste is pretty well balanced - sweet malts, citrus and yeast. There is some bitterness but it takes a backseat to the sweetness, especially in the finish. Body is lighter than medium, a little sticky and creamy. I had never heard of this beer but it was a very drinkable brew and one I wouldn’t avoid in the future.

Aroma is of sweet hops and pale malt- leaves a very sticky lace on the glass. Flavor stings with hop oils, but is very chewy. Palate is thick and syrupy, hop oils stinging you constantly. This is really fantastic- sign me up for a six pack any day. Bottle from Midtown Wine and Spirits’ Beer store, Nashville, TN

12 oz bottle from Party Source, Newport, KY. Average head, light orange color, very clear. Aroma lower than expected for an APA much less a dry hopped APA - primarily grassy. Moderate bitterness, hint of sweetness, hop flavor is citrus/orange with some pine. Flavor is clean, finish is a bit sweet with no lingering bitterness like some APAs. Overall, not bad, just not great. I just expected more hop aroma from a beer labeled as dry hopped APA.

Draft pint at Thurman Grill. Seven taps, and I think this was the only one I hadn’t tried yet. Bartender swore it was the hoppiest beer Schlafly does, but I’m not so sure about that. Pours a clear gold color with a finger-thick eggshell white head that doesn’t last very long. Aroma of citrusy hops, pine, floral notes, spices, and herbs. Flavor of grapefruit citrus, pine resin, floral hops, herbal notes, and caramel malts. Light-medium bodied, with average carbonation. Satisfying and sessionable.
