Pours a nice orangish color. Aroma is grassy hops. Flavor of a classic pale, big grassy hop flavor.

Bottle Pours a cloudy golden with a good off white head. The head is froathy and lasting, makes for spotty lacing. Aroma is faint but I get pine, citrus and floral. Has a good carbonation. The flavor is mild but the necessities are there. Has a light to medium body. The texture is watery. The finish is light and the aftertaste is okay. A good refreshing beer.

Aurelius (3077) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - MAR 13, 2010
Clear, medium gold with a bone colored head. Strong, piney hop aroma, some cat whizzy clear gel flavors. Not as hoppy as the aroma would lead you to believe. A little briny, some kumquat peel. Woody finish, some musky citrus at the end too. Finish is clingy lemon zest. A decent pint, nothing remarkable.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden bronze color with a fizzy head leaving foam down the side of the glass. Aroma of citrus hops and a little pine sol cleanser. Flavor is light with a tangy hop burst. Slightly medicinal, but not bad. Overall, a solid beer to session.

A: An extremely clear light golden color with a fluffy (but short lived) white head. S: The nose was a bit disappointing, especially for a beer that is dry-hopped. The hop aromas are an interesting (but mild) mix of spicy, pine, and citrus. T: This is more of what I was looking for. A solid but not overwhelming bitterness to go along with a fairly good citrus flavor and a touch of caramel malt. M: The body is medium and the carbonation is moderate to high. D: Another good example of an APA. A mild bitterness and an overall refreshing quality make this a nice sessionable pale ale.

From bottle bottled with love on 12-17-09. Light floral and citrus aromas. Light amber in color, clear, nice off white head. Good hoppy bitterness. Relatively light body. Fair finish. Even better when cask conditioned, which adds to aroma and improves the finish.

Cast, Draft & 12oz. Nice fluffy off- white head on this cast darker colored APA. Great flora aroma and citrus flavor from the dry hopping. Excellence in a pint served at the correct temp. from the cast at the Tap Room in downtown St. Louis. This rating is directed towards the cast conditioned pint I tried. Also great on draft and from the bottle. Drink liberally.

Tap. Gold pour, white head. Citrus hop aroma. Nice taste of citrus/grapefruit, hop, and a little malt.
