Our Dry Hopped American Pale Ale (APA) is charged with American hops to create a bold, aromatic ale. Assertive hop flavor joins the pine/citrus aroma characteristic of American hops to balance the full body provided by North American malts. After fermentation, the beer circulates through a bed of Cascade and Chinook hops, boosting the distinctive hop aroma of this satisfying ale.

Hoppy and sweet. Good smooth mouthfeel. The hops are much more citrus than resin. Itís a bit tart for my taste, but otherwise, just my style.

Iím having a slushie. Beer is super cold and near frozen, but not so much that its hard to pour. I will commence my review just after it thaws a bit.

Pour was a slightly cloudy, orange amber color. Nice thick rocky ivory colored head. It has sediment floating around in there. It has nice lacing. Pretty good rocky retention on the head.

Aroma is nice. Itís not overpowering one way or another. It is hop heavy. But itís also citrusy, earthy, and also malty. Itís inviting.

Taste is surprising. From one sip to the next, Iím guessing if it will be bitter or sweet. Very interesting. Itís slightly hop heavy, but thereís a good counter with malts. There are decent notes of citrus, and mint. Iím also picking up some fruit, but Iím not sure if itís from the taste or the aroma. Itís very light.

Mouthfeel is great. Itís not real heavy. Itís not overly bitter. Itís a little watery. Itís a little thin. At best itís a medium body.

Overall, this is a terrific APA. Well rounded. It has all the qualities of an IPA, but not quite as bitter.

I recently had the Schlafly American IPA, and I thought this would be the same. Well, itís not. They are very similar in taste, but I like this a little better. This is a lot more balanced.

Pours hazy gold with a thick off white head. Aroma is metallic and bitter. High carbonation on the tongue with a some English bitterness on the tongue.

Mild aroma of hops with pine and some citrus prominent. Nice orange color with a frothy tan head. Rich sweet malt up front, with some caramel. Faint bitterness fades in, very mild. Some citrus notes pop in on the finish. Very clean finish with not much bite. Slightly slick mouth feel. Sessionable but not that complex. Good offering.

Pretty boosty apa. Initial hop bite that lingers and comes on stronger towards end. Solid and interesting. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz. bottle pours ac;ear pramge color wirh one-finger head that vanishes quickly but leaves good lacing. Aroma is full of floral hops and bready malts. Taste is slightly bitter, with a big malty backbone and a big bitter finish. Body is medium with average carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel Very easily drinkable, and one Iíll try again. Not outrageeously good, but solid.

On tap. Pours orangish with an off white head. Aroma is of hops, malt, and grass. Smells good. Taste is of grass, bready malt, pine, and hops. Not overly hopped, which makes it easy to drink. Mouthfeel is light and creamy. This beer was tasty, and it went down really easy.

Murky brown orange pour with half inch dense white head. Aroma of tropical fruit punch, earthy and Carmel malts too. Soft carbonation, tingly frothy mouthfeel, dry finish. Herbal flavors with tropical fruit, and some melon, and the perfect amount of big Caramel malt character. Good juicy tropical APA, would like to taste fresh as this bottle was 5 months old.
