Bottle with gooovikings in KC. Thanks Jetson! Moderately cloudy, light yellow appearance with a white head. Spicy yeasty, moderate clove, light banana, wheat malty aroma. Slightly bready, spicy, quite yeasty, moderate clove, light banana, mildly tart flavor. Yeasty aftertaste. Above average but not super special.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at The Royale. How have I not rated this one yet? Pours a pale cloudy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma of banana, lemon, bready malts, wheat, and clove. Flavor is the same, but drops out a bit from the nose. Light-medium bodied, with a sweet, bready mouthfeel and low carbonation. Dry finish. All right for the style.

Thanks to Exiled for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is full of bubblegum with some wheat notes mixed in. The flavor is full of wheat, coriander and bubblegum. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A very nice American-made hefeweizen. Glad I got to try this one.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12oz. Bottle: Got in trade from Phaleslu; THANKS Peter! Aroma of wheat, cloves, grains, and banana. Poured yellow/gold in color with a small, loose, white head that greatly diminished but lasted throughout as a film on top of the beer. Cloudy. Sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of wheat, banana, and some grains. Medium body. Sticky, then dry and sticky texture. Soft to average carbonation. Wheat, banana finish is lightly sweet and dry and sticky.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Apparently, a mistake made by the Brewery. They accidentally added the Number 15 yeast to the Hefeweizen recipe. Murky yellow with a thin white head that fades away quickly and leaves minimal lacing. Aroma of banana, yeast, toasted malt and light wheat. Taste of banana, nuts, yeast and wheat. Finishes up a bit dry with banana lasting for awhile after the finish. Fairly quenching, and while not a bad beer, I prefer the Number 15 to this one.
