2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Really seemed to be more of just a basic blond ale. Odd choice for a special release, as it wasn't that special.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tasting notes from 6/21 Joplin Macadoodles Beerfest: This was definitely my favorite new sample at the Beerfest. Good aroma, well-balanced spices, and an exceptionally crisp flavor. No funk or Brett. I normally prefer the darker, stronger Belgians, but this is an outstanding example of the regular style. Great stuff!
