3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at the Bottleworks, served in an imperial pint glass. Pours a hazy straw gold color with a small white head that leaves some lace early. Aroma of straw, pale and bready malts, crackers, yeast, and some wet grassy hops behind it all. Flavor of bread, crackers, straw, lemon, dry yeast, and grass. Light-bodied, with fairly high carbonation and a dry, malty mouthfeel. Pretty solid. This didn’t jump out to me at first but grew on me as I finished it alarmingly quickly.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
It poured a hazy light amber color with a small white head. The aroma was mild grass and some biscuity overtones. The flavor was a little bit of orange present with a toasty, biscuity, slightly grassy flavor profile. A very good Blonde Ale.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours yellow / blonde with a good sized white head with decent lacing. The aroma has pale malt, light breadiness and an overall smoothness. Medium / light body with quite a bit of carbonation, but fairly gentle. The flavor starts off with lightly toasted malt, lots of huskiness, some spice, soggy graininess and crackers. The finish has some mineral traits and is quite astringent. There is a bit of cream and caramel as it warms up, but it is on the dry side still. Nice to have a drier cleaner version of this style. Well done.
