Sampled at the 2008 Music City Brewers Fest. Amber with a large rock head that leaves big chunky lacing. Big citrus aroma mixed with a malt background. Hoppy flavor with a slight floral hint and malt background. Light to medium body with soft even carbonation. Bitter throughout but a little extra bit in the finish.

Bottle pours a dark amber with a large tan head. Citrus, sweet aroma. Taste is citrus, malty, and a large burst of hops to finish.

Ah this was a good brew, Lots of hops and malt on the aroma. Flavor has lots of fruity hop character with some malt in the background. Bitter/tart finish. Nice ale.

Pours golden orange/amber with a white head. Nose is malt, yeast, and grassy hops. Flavor is tart and sour fruit, yeast, caramel malt, and grassy hops. Bitter hops in the finish. Decent pale ale.

From the brewpub in St. Louis, MO this draft pour came an exceptionally clear amber with a small white head and good lacing. Very attractive. Nose is grassy and citrus hops on top of caramel malts that set your taste buds aon edge. Mouthfeel is enjoyable yet crisp. Flavor is quite bitter as is the finish. This may be the best offering from this brewery.
