Big citrus aroma mixed with a malt background. Hoppy flavor with a slight floral hint and malt background. Light to medium body with soft even carbonation. Decent pale ale. rkuhnel (1096), Eureka, California, USA Aug 10, 2008 From the brewpub in St. Louis, MO this draft pour came an exceptionally clear amber with a small white head and good lacing. Very attractive. Nose is grassy and citrus hops on top of caramel malts that set your taste buds aon edge. Mouthfeel is enjoyable yet crisp. Flavor is quite bitter as is the finish. This may be the best offering from this brewery.
