Just the right balance of dry, crisp apple flavour with a bit of sweetness in the finish. Akin to Champagne and not as sweet as some of the ciders on the market today.

Tasted at the 2014 Schlafly Hop In The City festival in a Berliner Weiss sampler glass. It poured a clear yellow colour with just a few weak bubbles. Looked, smelled, and tasted exactly like fermented apple juice. Yawn.

On tap. Comes a clear pale gold with a tiny white head. Aroma of apples and tastes of apples. Nice balance of sweet apples and tart apples. A nice cider.

On tap @ RBSG 2014 Grand Tasting. Clear pale yellow pour with a white head. Smells of apple juice, champagne yeast, and a hint of tartness. Light lemon peel. Flavor is a bit simple. Tart lemon and apple, yeast, and apple skin. Quite dry. Not bad.

It poured a dark blue color with minimal head. The aroma was of blueberries. The flavor was pure blueberry with some bitterness and a nice dry finish. Not a big fan of ciders, too much like a cheap wine.

Black Currant & Cherry Cider-on tap-pours a white ring for a head and red color. Aroma is apple/cherry. Taste is apple/black currant/cherry, somewhat sweet medium malt.

Draft sample at Hop in the City 2010. Labeled just "Cider". Pours a clear amber-gold color with a tiny white head. Aroma of red apples, mostly, with some notes of skins, wood, and subtle cinnamon and brown sugar. Flavor follows suit, definitely leaning toward red apple skins. Light-bodied, with a juicy mouthfeel and crisp carbonation. A fine, drinkable cider.

Draft at Bottleworks. We were told it was made with Plums. Pours a nice gold with a hint of red. Nose is juicy and acidic, don’t recognize the plum, but it’s also a touch sugary in the nose as well. Taste is much the same, quite tart, though sweet at the same time. I get the obvious apple notes, crisp. There is also a touch of tanic quality from the skins. I believe the plum may have upped the acid on this one. Overally, pretty tasty stuff, though I’d prefer it to finish dry.

Nice golden color with a small white head. Nice apple aroma. Had an apple juice type quality with a nice tart and bitter finish

This was a nice enjoyable cider. Poured golden with a white head. The aroma had green and red apples, but leaned more to the green side. Very apple peel-like traits. Medium body that is refreshing along with minor sharp carbonation. The flavor is very crisp, yet has some pulpy traits. The apple characteristics are on the fresh apple side. A well crafted cider I will have to have again.

Pour is a clear golden with no head. Aroma is apples of course. Flavor is apple juice with some bitterness and nice dry finish. Not A real fan of ciders but this is a decent attempt.
