Aroma is average malt (hay, straw, cereal), light hops (citrus), light yeast (earth) with notes of banana and clove. Light bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

Jul 2, 2008 Bottle. Not a lot going on in this beer, but it certainly is easy enough to drink and doesn’t offend. Cloudy golden body with a short, white head. The aroma is light with some notes of lemon, citrus and grain. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. The finish is lightly tart and moderately dry. Medium body, watery texture and average carbonation.

Jun 10, 2008 Cloudy bright gold color with bubbly carbonation and a fluffy short-lived white head. Nose like lemonade. Sweet lemony taste with a tart finish. Lemony and sweet is sort of typical of a Hefeweizen, but this one is even lemony and sweeter than most.
