COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This collaboration with Kaldiís Coffee uses the cold toddy method of extraction for the coffee. We mix it with Oatmeal Stout for an exceptionally delicious beer.

Pretty nice stout. A little thin for me. Coffee not overpowering. Easy to drink. Nice beer.

On tap enjoyed with Drew estate nica rustica cigar so taste was slightly masked. Sweet coffee flavor with molasses. Good pour.

Bottle. Pours a very dark brown, almost black with a thin off white head. The aroma is like fresh roasted coffee beans. The flavor is very strong coffee, maybe a bit too strong. Very clean finish.

Pours a mahogany color. About one finger khaki colored head. Okay retention, good lacing.

Aroma is cold coffee. Good job. But itís boring. No toffee, not chocolate, no nothing. But hey, you nailed the main part, the coffee part.

Taste is coffee, again, good job. Cold coffee, which I do happen to like. I pick up some coffee, some sweetness. Itís tasty.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied, maybe a little creamy. Itís bitter, like coffee. Itís about like I would expect, which is good.

Overall, itís nothing exciting. I love coffee, I love coffee stout, and I like this. But give me something a little more. I would recommend it.

I poured it from the bottle into a glass. It pours a very dark brown color with a tan head. The aroma is big on roasted coffee. The taste is also huge on coffee with hints of chocolate and vanilla. Itís got a nice dry and roasty palate. This was tasty.

Poured a deep black color with a big tan head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, toffee, and nuts. Taste is coffee and chocolate. Pretty much if you like coffee you will love this beer as I did.

itís close to a black pour/tan head from the 12oz bottle from which this juice came. so itís an oatmeal stout with espresso dumped in? that makes more sense. the aromas i got were not really coffee, but more like fresh roasted espresso combined with chocolate covered espresso beans. roasted being the key word, not toasted. i think i could have this in the morning as opposed to coffee though; the taste is close to dead on with the name. espresso stout would be a tad better. truly enjoyable, but i couldnít do too many of these in a row. itís a bit heavy on the tummy. good beer though.
