This collaboration with Kaldi’s Coffee uses the cold toddy method of extraction for the coffee. We mix it with Oatmeal Stout for an exceptionally delicious beer.

Dark roasted coffee and fresh dirt on the nose. Medium brown body and foamy off-white head. Bitter coffee flavor with some burnt toast or smoke in the background. Smooth and creamy mouth feel.

Dark roast coffee aroma hits you right in the face. Smells like a good espresso. It even looks like espresso with its deep black color and full creamy tan head the lasts forever. I wish I could get a crema on my espressos like this. Okay, this even tastes like a good espresso. Lots of coffee flavors with a lingering and pleasant bitter roast aftertaste. The medium body is just right for this beer. Good coffee stout for anyone who likes this style.

Awesome stout! Very thick & rich, tons of coffee flavor & aftertaste. Wish it was more widely available.

Bottle pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is full of coffee and some chocolate. Taste almost completly overwhelmed with bitter coffee, maybe even a bit stale.

Nice coffee aroma. Very nice coffee malty flavor with a nice oatmeal texture smooth finish. Slightly bitter end which is enjoyable.

Poured from 12oz bottle into pint glass. Aroma - Mostly cold espresso. Appearance - Nearly opaque black in color. Some red tinges when held up to the light. 1 finger tan head that dissipates very quickly. Flavor - Predominant flavor of cold espresso. Some chocolate and darkl roasted malt. Finishes very clean. Palate - Light and surprisingly crisp. Carbonation is just right. Overall - This is the epitome of drinkable. Light and refreshing with excellent coffee flavor. This one of my favorite session beers. At @ $7.50\ six pack it’s very affordable.

Aroma of roasted malt with a solid coffee presence (of course). Mouthfeel is very smooth and creamy but just a little bit light. Mild carbonation. A very small bit of hops thrown in too. Nothing too special.

Bottle. Decent beer. Coffee really came through on the after taste. Beer was lacking bold flavors that I think of with coffee stouts. =)
