Draft. Clear gold pour with a big fizzy head from a pretty good amount of carbonation. Aroma of malt, citrus, hay. Flavor characterized by sweetness, malt, corn. Light body. Slightly sticky mouthfeel and dry finish. A decent Kolsch but not my favorite.

Sampled at Music City Brewers Festival. Straw yellow. The slightly sour nose gives way to really nice clean mouth feel. Slightly bitter on the finish. A short but crisp and concise beer. Perfect for summer. I dig it.

12oz bottle into a pint glass. Aroma is exactly deScriptive of the malts used and so is the flavor. A typical and refreshing kolsch.

Bottle. Clear light golden body with a fizzy white head. Sweet, malty aroma with a hint of floral hops and honey. A bit of breadiness. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes much the same. Dry. Medium body with a watery texture that turns a bit sticky in the finish. Lively carbonation and despite that, the carbonation is not lively enough to wash down the slightly syrupy sweetness. A nice, easy drinking beer. It’s in the ballpark alcohol wise to be a session beer, but it’s a little too sweet and a little too sticky for the style.

Bottle:Light, golden. Frothy, white, head, with steady carbonation. Nice,spicy-hop aroma. Not much malt in aroma.Medium body, mouthfeel is creamy, not very fizzy. More malt in flavor than expected(with aroma).Pretty good malty flavor, lightly bready.Finish is well balanced.Moderately malty to balance the spicy hops.Overall well balanced, but could use some malts in aroma, and just a tad more in the flavor.
