Rating 1067. On tap at the brewpub. Copper in color with a medium sized head that was quickly discipating. Nose is coppery with a faint pull of hops. Taste just about the same. Thin in the mouth and less hoppy than copper. Drinkable, especially quickly.

Aug 19, 2008 Sampled at the 2008 Music City Brewers Fest. Amber with a small white head. Caramel and corn aroma. Grainy and malt flavor with a light hop backing. Light body.

Aug 10, 2008 From the brewpub in St. Louis, this draft pour came a very attractive clear coper color with a small white head and light lacing. Nose of caramel malts and citrus and floral hops. Smooth and clean mouthfeel. Flavor is strong on malts and some hops are there. Slightly bitter finish. Decent beer.

Aug 9, 2008 Updated: Aug 10, 2008Pours copper color, hardly any head. Smells like crisp hops and brisk crystal malt. Flavor is a little rough, abrubtly hoppy. Mouthfeel is a little harsh with heavy carbonation. Finish is fizzy and lager-like. Overall the beer is a little thick for a pale ale because of the caramel malt probably.

Jul 20, 2008 Draught at St. Louis Brewery Schlafly. Pours clear amber with a small, fizzy, off-white head, mostly lasting with good lacing. Aroma is average malt (cookie, grain), light hops (grass), light yeast (dough) with notes of apple. Light bodied, thin texture, soft carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.
