12oz bottle from Party Source. Shared with b3shine. Bottled with love on 12/28/2012. Mostly clear golden yellow color. Thin white head. Good lace. Smooth, crisp lighter carbonation, more dry in the finish. Nice balance of bready pilsner malts and crisp light bitter hops. Satisfyingly hoppy, a bit more on the hoppy side than your typical pils, which I like. Nice mild bitter taste. Good pilsner, even at 5 months old. Another solid brew schlafly.

Bottle to taster (thanks DrSilverworm). Looks solid; a transparent gold with white lacing. Smells doughy, lightly hoppy, and pleasantly skunky. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel (could use more of a pilsner snap). An easy-drinking tick.

EtTuCthulhu (396) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - APR 26, 2013
The aroma is subtly like sweet bread yeast with it becoming progressively more sour as it sits in the glass, and the appearance is more complex than your normal beer with a pale yellow color due to the medium white head, the bubbliness, and the slightly hazy quality. The taste is mildly sour and a touch sweet, and the palate combines a medium body, average carbonation, abrupt finish, and a slick texture.

Draft at Baileys Range. Pours clear yellow with a thin white head. Kind of grainy on the nose. A little malty on the tongue. No real hop flavor to speak of. It’s better than Bud but not particularly compelling.

Tap @ Schlafly St. Louis. Pours a clear yellow appearance with an off white head. Sweet pils malty, floral, straw aroma. Fairly sweet, husky pils malty, herbal flavor. A little sweet but tasty.

Draft. Clear yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of slightly sweet straw start, then light citrus. Taste is crisp and clean. Not bad.

Not a bad pilsner. Grassy, biscuity, with a medium body with some slightly sweet caramel and lemon notes. Not bad.

Clear yellow with a white head. Dough and hay aroma. Taste is light honey malt with a dry, bitter finish. Probably better fresh.

Pours pale, hazy yellow with a small white head. Smells light and grainy sweet. Taste is of sweet grain. Light bodied, wet texture, fizzy mouth-carbonation, Schlafly Pilsner finishes with a grainy lager bitterness.
