4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottled. Pale golden with smallish creamy head. Very nice hop aroma, the saaz hop is evident. Firm and dryish with chewy maltiness and gentle soft mouthfeel. The finish is grassy and bitter. This is a wonderful pilsener, and one of the best North American examples I've tried.

Crystal clear, light golden lager with a small, fizzy, white head. Decent, stringy lacing. Some light grain, citrus and pepper in the aroma. The flavor is well-bittered for balance. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Short, crisp, lightly bitter finish. Some nice hops in this brew, but pilsners are not really my thing.
