Capped 750 from Oak Tree. Pours clear copper with a foamy yellowy off-white head. Heavy malt aroma with some fruity hop. It has the type of smell good quads share. Medium plus body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is smooth heavy malt, heat, fruit and/or fruity hop. Not sure whether the heat is bothersome or an enhancement. It tastes very good.

A thin amber pour with a nice full aroma of sweet caramel malt, candy and citrus. The alcohol taste was well blended with a nice bready/ dark fruit flavor. I enjoyed this.

25.4 oz bottle. Clear pink brown with white frosting. Nose is raisin, banana, caramel and alcohol. Medium body with a tingle; smooth but gets hot. Taste is dates, fruit cake and brown sugar. Kind of raw but not a bad take on a tough style.

750ml bottle pours a clear, caramel orange with a creamy white head. Nose is candy sugar, yeast, Belgian yeast but... that’s it. Flavor is sweet, caramel, candied orange peel, candy sugar. Finish is full bodied and sweet. Not bad, but far from great.

75cl bottle, thanks jslot38. Large white head that mostly idssipates, atop crystal clear amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, caramel, some booziness, light vinous. Taste is moderately sweet, caramel, vinous, some alcohol. Sticky medium-full body.

Typical American Quad, boozy, sweet, and lots of stressed phenolic yeast. Not much more to say.

750 ml bottle from the Oak. Poured an orange/brown body with a large foamy long lasting off white head. Aroma is sugary and loaded with alcohol heat. Notes of yeast, bubble gum, rotten banana, raisin puree, toffee and a hint of light floral notes. The body is rather well done with a medium mouthfeel, easily noticable carbonation, and a good dose of alcohol warming on the finish that really lingers in your throat. The flavor starts off with a harsh dryness that makes it a little difficult to concentrate on the subtle notes. Once that passes notes of dry grainy bread, banana peel, confectionery sugar, yeast, alcohol and dry tropical fruits. At first I wasn’t sure about this one but it really grows on you sort of like cheese on the vag of a dirty stripper.

750mL sampled at Shenandoah Throwdown. Pours a slightly hazy, muddy amber. Little to no head. Aroma is slight maple, raisins, toffee, sickly sweet candy. Taste is mostly old candies, sticky malt, spicy alcohol. Decent.

Bottle - 750mL capped. Amber pour with a tall, tan colored head. Aroma is spicy with ripe fruits, big Belgian yeast notes, flowers, and candi sugar. Taste is rather sweet with ample spices, floral notes, candi sugar, ripe fruit, sweet malt, Belgian yeast and light bitter hops. Soft herbal notes in the background as well. Body is medium-full with strong carbonation and moderate warmth, due to the 12% ABV. Ends with more sweet malt, candi sugar, spicy notes, floral notes, hops and yeast.
