Pours hazy yellow with some sediment. Huge fluffy white head that overflowed the glass. Faint smell of lemon, grass and hops. Taste of wheat and some malt with hoppy bitter and slight lemon on the back end with little aftertaste. Slightly above average carbonation, smooth mouthfeel. Not my favorite wheat beer. More like an IPA but not bad or too hoppy for my taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This beer is a cloudy yet golden straw color when poured into a glass with a minimal white head, but the aroma of the beer is full of floral hops and bready malts. The beer itself is thin, but the actual taste is a little sweet and a little bitter at the same time. Also, the carbonation is quite soft, and the finish is quite abrupt after the initial beer runs down your throat.

12oz bottle. Hoppy wheat ale? Sounds like a nice choice now, late at night after a long day of work (that involved some big beers). Bottled with love on... 3/19/12. Whoops. Less than ideal, but hey at least it’s the same year. Clear yellow color. Big but bubbly, airy white head, that quickly fades. Some bubbly lace. Maybe it’s because of the near-flat Vertical Epics I drank earlier tonight, but this has surprisingly strong carbonation.. Impedes drinkability, drink it too fast and you’ll be burping. Gets easier to drink once it sits for a while, but you’re not supposed to savor wheat beers, right? Zesty, lemony nose. Some bubblegum, light citrus taste. Little lemon grass. Nice zesty sweet, light tart, light bitter taste. Even now, even despite that strong carbonation, this is a pretty decent wheat ale.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a nice wheat malt base with a floral hop. Flavor is more of the wheat with less hops showing through. Its a wheat with a little more hops than average

Pours a very hazy yellow with a huge head that leaves good lacing on the glass.

The aroma is citrusy and grassy and hoppy and inviting and awesome.

The flavor is some great balance between a light hop bitterness, some citrus rind, some rich white bread, some banana, and some grapefruit. The beer is not especially dry, but it finishes both clean and dry.

A nice, hoppy, fruit forward wheat beer. Damned fine.

Medium body, medium color. This is a good ipa. Very standard ipa. Thick lacing. Not too hoppy.

Thanks, Mike and Abbie! For an American wheat, I have to say this weren’t too bad. Semi-cloudy gold with a vigorous carbonation, looks fairly anonymous but the mouthfeel is light and vibrant enough to please. Taste is blessedlly free of the cloying taste you often encounter in this style and is overall nicely dry and refreshing.

An excellent twist on a wheat ale. Beautiful yellow gold color. Nice full head and the subtle hoppiness compliments the fruity taste.

Pours hazy gold with a big white head. Aroma of lemongrass and a little funk. Taste is more wheat and a bit of hops.
