Draught as Universitätsbräu Campus Zwickl. Slightly citric aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is also citric, fruity, some sour rag. Infected, but not entirely undrinkable. Good sweetness, the same good breadiness as in their pils. Good mouthfeel.

Comments: A whole 1L mass of it and it was worth it. Hugely foamy, opaque golden pour. A dry example, fresh and convincing hop bite. Medium bodied, tight assembling and above all: very fresh.

Bottled (1l siphon). Hazy golden with rich airy head. Malt aromatic and light bodied. Bready and grassy with good malt flavour, yet with light, sparkling mouthfeel. Medium bitterness. Excellently well balanced zwickel.
