Bottle from Systembolaget Bavarian six pack. Pour dark mahogany brown, with a beige head that lingers frothy but settles, Aroma is german malty and grainy, much more in the style of a light beer, not much of the typical roasted tones there. Nice taste, full of delicious münchermalt without being overwhelming, like it is so often today. One of the best Dunkel’s I’ve had. Excellent beer!

Ambar muy oscura, casi opaca. 2 dedos de espuma tostada. Aroma neutro. Agradable en boca, con buen cuerpo y sabor predominante de café y miel. Muy carbonatada, pero no estropea el conjunto que es muy redondo. Además muy bebible, no cansa en absoluto.

(Bottle) Dark brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, toasty nose with notes of dark bread, dark fruit, raisins and a touch of brown sugar. Malty taste with dark bread, toasty malt, cereal, a touch of dark fruit, some brown sugar and a fairly modest bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Doesn’t really stand out in any direction, but tasty and well balanced. Quite enjoyable.

0,33l Flasche. Dunkelbraunes Bier. Aroma nach Röstmalzen; schmeckt auch so, ich finde es nicht besonders ausgewogen.

Bottle. Clear dark brown color, medium to small beige head. Low profile aroma, slightly roasty malt. Rather dry taste, sour, medium bitter. Medium texture, flat carbonation. Roast malt in the aftertaste, nothing much more.

Una buona birra, sopra la media. Bevuta a Francoforte alla spina qualche anno fa. Di colore bruno, schiuma fine e non abbondante, sentori di caramello e note tostate, buona struttura, sorso vellutato e rotondo, buon retrogusto

50cl bottle @ home from Rewe, Germany. Deep reddish-brown color, big beige creamy mostly lasting good lacing head. Aroma caramel, slitghtly roasted malt, light cereal, hint of chocolate, old paper, dusty attic. Taste light sweetness, lightly bitter. Light body, thin feel, average carbonation, average bittersweet finish. Not too exciting, but drinkable mass beer.
