Cloudy orange yellow with huge white foam head. Aroma is malty with some citrus tones. taste is not a tipical weissbier, it is more lager like. Aftertaste is fresh, bit citrus. (Wiesbaden 201211)

Milky light amber colour with creamy low head and medium body. Nose of light yeast. Taste of very light yeast, baking soda, straw, mild hops and bananas. Watery and thin finish. I am so happy, that (hopefully all) German Hefeweizens in our cellar are gone now, can’t see them anymore ;-)

Below average. Even for a Weizen. It is missing a lot of the typical aromas without giving me anything in exchange for. Too sour, no fruits, no yeast - first from Schlappe Seppl which I really did not like.

Pours a hazy golden with adequate creamy head. Expected aromas of bubblegum, banana and bread. Taste is right on target with small lingering on the palate. Mouthfeel and weight are perfect. Good effort from this brewery who brews multiple styles.

500ml bottle. Sweet aromas. Pours orange, hazy, with nce off-white head, persistent, poor lacing. Light to medium body, average carbonation. Taste is really sweet, slightly citrus, a bit watery. Nothing remarkable.

Idiosynkrasie (1844) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - DEC 5, 2012
500ml bottle. Hazy orangey golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, lasting, white head. Minimally spicy yeasty, minimally citrusy aroma, unspecific fruity note in the background. Taste is minimally sweet wheat malty, unspecific fruit note between peach and banana, yeasty overtones.
