COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Schlappeseppel Weißbier is a very soft beer, because wheat malt " has only a very fine peel. Brewing by top fermentation with cultured yeast provides this wheat beer with a fruity and/or even flowery aroma. Due to the higher content of carbonic acid it is especially refreshing and digestible.

Cloudy orange yellow with huge white foam head. Aroma is malty with some citrus tones. taste is not a tipical weissbier, it is more lager like. Aftertaste is fresh, bit citrus. (Wiesbaden 201211)

Bottle @ home. Hazy yellow orange color, medium to full sized quickly diminishing off-white head. Smell and taste like so many Hefe Weizen do: wheat, sweetness, hint of banana and candy. Decent body and carbonation.

0,5l bottle out of Weissbierbox. Good Weissbier, mild and refreshing, just a bit too watery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Piwo złote, mętne. Piana wysoka, średniopęcherzykowa. W aromacie intensywne banany, trochę goździków. W smaku słodkie banany i pszenica. Wysycenie wysokie. Pijalne. Niby wszystko poprawne, ale trochę nuda bo niczym nie zaskakuje.

As the label of this beer was written in German I couldn’t make heads or tails of what it said. I bought this bottle from The German Club in Wooloongabba in Brisbane so I expected it to be good and it didn’t disappoint. 500ml bottle that was poured into a weizen glass. There was a sticker on the bottle that said the beer was brewed on July 15, 2014 so seeing as though the beer was almost 12 months old it was quite good. As I expected there was the usual big fluffy white cushion of foam and the aroma of banana and bubblegum. Slight haze through the colour which was a pale golden yellow. The Germans have made this style of beer an art form and while this one was closer to the middle of the goodness scale than the top end it was still a beer that I would recommend. While not setting the world on fire it was easy to drink and you didn’t have to put too much thought into it. Sometimes a beer can be too complex with that much going on that it loses some of its appeal. This is not the case with this beer.

Color y espuma típicas del estilo. Poca banana en el aroma, predominando especias. Igual que en el sabor, muy agradable, también especiado, sobre todo el típico clavo. Amargor justo, y súper bebible. Francamente buena

Bottle. Hazy dark amber color, lacing white head. Banana aroma, fruity yeast. Sweet taste, light sour, low bitterness. Thin texture, fizzy carbonation. Fruity banana and malt aftertaste. Quite a light Weizenbier, refreshing good drinkable.
