Schlappeseppel Kellerbier (cellar beer) still contains all ingredients making it cloudy. Its main ingredient is yeast providing the beer with a characteristic, very soft, round and slightly bitter taste.

500ml Flasche. Sehr trüb, orangene Farbe. Mittelgrosse Schaumkrone, schnell verschwindend. Mild. Ein eher unterdurchschnittliches Kellerbier, dem es an Aroma und Würze mangelt.

Bottle shared at Chriso’s post GBBF minidig, 16/08/14. Aroma is sweet grains, corn, pils, nobel hops. Hazed, pale yellow with a lasting white head. Flavour is composed of grainy pils, nutty, pretty straight forward. Palate is light watery, chalky on the tongue. Middle of the road.

Es una cerveza de color dorado turbio con una espuma de color blanca. El aroma es de malta y levadura. Sabor ligeramente de malta con un toque de dulzura y amargura. Una cerveza agradable, muy buena.

Looks like muddy watered down pineapple juice with thick foam. Discrete aroma of yeasts and a hint of herbs, tastes distinctly sour of coriander, grapefruit and some unplaceable fruity sweetness and a very faint bitterness. Syrupy mouthfeel and dull aftertaste.

Bottle shared at Chriso’s post GBBF minidig, 16/08/14. Lightly hazed pale golden with moderate off white spotting and edgework. Nose is grassy, light citrics, pale malt, touch of bread. Taste comprises pale malt, bread dough, hint of lemon, straw. Medum bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so forgettable affair.
