Schlappeseppel Pils is a golden light beer of dry taste as it is not focused on a wide full-bodied malt taste but on the particular emphasis on the aromatic hop and bitter taste. These herbal and/or lemon flavours of the hops are perceived evoking the interplay between nose and palate.
Formerly was 4.8% ABV. Contains: water, barley malt, hops, hop extract. Brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law from 1516.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and bread, leading to a dry and lightly metallic finish.

Golden straw pour with a fizzing white head. Aroma is some light grain, a touch of honey, some light corny twang. Flavor is much the same, sweet, crisp, a bit grassy, a flutter of corn is a bit off - putting, certainly not bad, but nothing spectacular
