COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hell und kräftig.
Due to its high amount of malt, Schlappeseppel bock beer possesses an increased intensity of all perceivable aromas. This gold coloured beer has a strong, full-bodied and complex taste resulting from the malt and hop aromas.

Bottle @ home. Dorata limpida, con riflessi aranciati. aroma non molto complesso ma piuttosto intenso, maltato di caramello e miele d’acacia, lievemente erbaceo, quasi speziato di cannella. Gusto dolce amabile, poco/nulla acido nè amara. Corpo pieno, rotonda, abbastanza calda, equilibrata ed armonica.

Vollgoldene Farbe. In Geruch etwas malzig ein wenig sprittig. Geschmacklich aber sehr schön. Winterlich irgendwie voll, rote Früchte und Apfel malzig und süß-süffig-herb. Bier mit Ecken und Kanten.

Bottle from my Advent calender. Clear golden color. The aroma already announces the alcohol, but the body still feels lighter than advertised. The bitterness is quite low. The malt and hop flavors arevery well combined to make a round total but also don’t have the advertised intensity and stay behind the (probably intended) feel of alcoholic strength.

Lightly sweet yet bread like aroma. Nice flavor with a tinge of sugar. Not a bad beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma: honey, fruits, malty. Appearance: clear golden color and thin white head. Taste: low bitterness, malty backbone, warming alcohol, red apples, quite sweet. Palate: full body and medium carbonation, zesty finish with alcohol. Overall: Pretty decent heller bock, quite drinkable.

Dorada cobriza. Buena cantidad de espuma. Aroma ligero, dulce, malteado. Sabor también ligero, predominantemente malteado y no muy complejo. Rico tono de caramelo. Cuerpo y carbonatación medios. Está bien, sin destacar especialmente en nada.
