3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled. An amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and a bit of nuts. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and nuts, but with an acidic edge, that makes the finish dry. Thanks Papsoe for sharing and Timo for bringing it to Denmark.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled (BB 10/2009).
Tnx Timo A.
Clear amber color, steady creamy off-white head, some lace. Brown sugar, malts, grassy, a bit ashy, smokey nose. Toffeish, woody, quite sweet flavor. Brown toasted sugar too. Interesting that another bottle in this session was full of diacetyl, even it was from same batch.

Re-rate: Orange brown color, cloudy. Is my nose functioning? I can only smell a bit of malt and caramel. Malty flavor with peach. Hints of licorice and butter. Almost sweet. Hmmm, like this beer.
