Distinctly poor "Märzen" from southern Austria. The appearance is good, light gold and lively. The aroma unfortunately does not match it’s appearance, nor does the taste. Aroma is that of slightly bleach smelling hops and the taste is very bitter and not at all comparable with some of the (better) Austrian Märzen’s around. I have drunk this beer on several occasions and have found it to disappoint each time.

Again, a beer from visits to Austria. An average beer of this style. Pale golden color, decent head, quite sweet however. Not a bad selection, but not a great one.
