330ml brown bottle out of the Craft Beer Advent Calendar. Gold pour, light haze. White head on top, slightly creamy looking, leaving a thin layer throughout the glass. Light rings of foam in the glass. Malty nose, bread, grain, trace caramel. Taste has grains, bread crust, grass. Finishes with bright grass notes, quick bitterness, bit of bread lingering. Average body and carbonation. Decent oktoberfest.

0,5 l Flasche. Goldgelbes Bier, flacher Schaum. Riecht metallisch, säuerlich, unangenehm. Geschmacklich dann auch keine Offenbarung. Unterdurchschnittliches Standardbier.

Delikatne piwo z dominacją słodów w aromacie i w smaku. Minimalna goryczka. Piwo jest lekko słodkie. W składzie jest syrop jęczmienny (barley malt). Wysycenie wysokie odpowiednie do stylu. Kolor jasny, słomkowy lekko zamglony. Piana jasna początkowo obfita, szybko opadła.

Bottle [from Euro Swap 7 thanks to Sebilinz] @ home. Clear pale golden color, medium sized white head that quickly diminishes. Smell and taste malts, lightly hay, some malt bitterness. Suitable body and carbonation. Decent.

Yellow color. Light honeyish aroma. Medium to light body, lacks a bit chewyness. Nice crisp hops on a honeyish malt base.

Advent Calendar #10. Ok, no big deal. Not what I was expecting from a Marzen -- none of that toasty caramel stuff -- but not really flawed either, just boring. Crisp, very little finish. Central European hops. Just a standard lager.

(33cl bottle) 2012 Advent Calendar. Pours a thin white foamy head atop a clear uncarbonated gold body. Nose is mildly slunky. Any Munich malt here? This has no beadiness. Bland. --- reviewed on RateBeer.com

Bottle, Dec. 10th Beer Advent Calendar. So a Marzen huh? Obviously no Munich malt in this one :(... Medium golden, average white head, no lace. Aroma and flavour is clean grains, crisp, with a lightly bitter finish. Maybe a light lemon peel note, but this came out only after I started eating my chicken. A solid lager, but I guess I just have a preference for darker, maltier marzens.
