2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20
I would concur with the VSL label, but after that this ML does not do much for me. The taste is has a hint of ífuelí in it and it goes down fairly smooth. The ABV becomes apparent rather quickly - especially if not drunk with any food. The stuff is cheap - $0.50 per 16 ozer.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Aroma is rubbing alcohol and synthetics. Flavor is not quite as bad. Mostly non-descript. Not good, but Iíve had worse.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Super pale gold with a medium bright white head that is quickly and mostly diminishing. Aroma of tart, hard apple cider and fusel alcohol - very strange. Mild grain alcohol and slight apple flavor. Low carbonation, smooth palate. Finish is mildly sour with wheat and hay notes. Alcohol noticeable at tail end of finish, but not overly so. A rather subdued malt liquor, surprisingly drinkable (read: not horrible).

Has a bit of a fruity scent, clean taste with a bit of an alcohol aftertaste...not bad for a malt liquor

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Can. Poured golden with a tall white head that settled quickly. Aroma of grain, citrus, and a light spice background. The flavor found citrus and light spices. Light body, crisp and dry, grain aftertaste.

1.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 4/20
Very faint aroma of corn. Has the same golden color typical of mass American lagers. Pours a thick white head that sticks around a while. Sweet and dry with a surprisingly absent alcohol tinge. Slick but not bad on the palate. Finishes sweet, crisp, and bitter. At first I thought it was awful. By the end of the can I thought it was pretty tolerable. I suppose thatís a testament to the 8.5% abv. Nothing special here, folks. Just another cheap drunk.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Can: Clear golden pour with a strong well retained white film of head. Corn syrup and fusels dominate the nose. Sweet dextrose and honey- very sweet. The body has creamy carbonation- actually a fairly rounded palate, but with a sweet flavor. Lots of corn syrup, fusels, some dough notes. Itís actually quite clean, but with nearly no bitterness to balance the maltose. Itís drinkable when ice cold, but other than that itís just another fusel-ridden and overly sweet malt liquor.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Can from the mini mart. Nose out of my 24 oz can is sweet and corny with notes of apple juice and alcohol. The artwork on the can is bad ass, this bull with the vintage coin in the background is rather cool. Iím sure the beer is some shade of yellow or gold, but the artwork takes it to the next level. Tastes like chlorine and apple juice. Drinks well for a malt but it tastes sweet and artificial. Well, Iíd rather have this for efficiency than bud light.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Clear pale straw pour with ample white fading head. Grassy clean corn aroma was neither appealing nor appalling. Flavor was similar, but very sweet, like a euro strong lager, but with a fair amount of alcohol burn. Ultra sweet aftertaste. Not the worst ML, but not that great.

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Clear golden orange color with no head. Very fizzy. Aroma has some corn and alcohol. Flavor has a lot of alcohol and corn and grain. Not great. I would prefer the barrel aged version.
