Both red bulls, the 5.6 or the 7.1% are easy drinking...honestly I am out for a good buzz and the price point, 26.40 for a 24 of the 5.6 or the 710 mls at 3.05 is a good vlaue. The 7.1 red bull reminds me of the 8% colt 45 taste wise as a rating I am rating the 7.1.

40oz bottle. Straw color with perpetual head. Pretty mild for a malt liquor and slightly metallic tasting.

XL fucken 40 shared by Bobby! Clear golden pour with a big white head. Nose is corn, sweet grain, and a touch of grape. Light soap. Not bad, though. Flavor is pretty innocuous. Sweet malt, corn, and hints of grape. Light soap and paper. Pretty easy to drink, though. Probably because itís only 6%.

40oz thanks to t0rin0. Clear golden with gigantic foam. Webby, complete lacing. Impressive. Nose is yellow apple, sugar, soap. Taste is paper, cider, more paper. Mouthfeel is watery, dry, papery, soapy. Extra long finish.

Bottle shared by b3shine. Poured clear pale color with a medium to large frothy white head that mostly lastd with fair lacing. Light grainy malt aroma. Medium body with a thick smooth texture and soft carbonation. Moderate sweet flavor with a moderate grainy sweet finish of short duration. Cold wet alcohol with some character. Passed on making this #9000 rating.

40oz to snifter, kindly shared by the always-generous lord b3shine. Got to love the "Xtra Long" description, never heard that before. Clear golden color, thin to minimal white head, doesnít leave much lace. Bready, corn type flavor, some grains. Hint of lemon citrus. Not much to it, but not much skunky or bitey about it. Tastes fresh, and well-stored. Medium body. Smooth, soft, moderate carbonation. Moderate sweet taste, not much else. Surprisingly OK as far as a stronger American macro-lager goes. Pretty clean. Could easily get light-beer-drunk on this. Finished my 10oz without any drama.

40 to snifter; nothing but class. Looks okay; a transparent golden orange with white lacing. Smells cheap, doughy, and skunky with a below average mouthfeel. Not good in any way, shape, or form whatsoever.

5/12/13. 40oz bottle from Unclerudy... traded a Hunahpuís for this bad boy. Well, heíll get one eventually, hopefully. I hate people sometimes. Anyway, for a likka, this one really isnít awful. I think thatís basically because itís only 5.9%, so itís pretty much just a strong pale lager or premium lager of sorts. Black Crown? If it werenít for brewerís intent and marketing, I bet RateBeer would change the style listing on this bad boy. It is severely lacking in the grape/sugary/fusel/etc. category of likkas. It is however a shitty pale lager. Or whatever. I donít know. Itís not fucken awful. I could chop wood with it.

Big ass 40 @ home, courtesy of blackipa. Thanks bro! Pours a clear golden appearance with a white head. Grape drank, cotton candy, fruity, corny nose. A bit skunky, fairly sweet fruity, cotton candy flavor. Drinks decent, I guess.

Canned, 0.50l. Clear deep golden color with thin white head. Aroma is artificial, floral with notes of alcohol and corn, not really pleasant. Taste starts sweet malty, followed by exotic fruits or flowers. Mouthfeel is syrupy with strong alcoholic note. Light to medium body, sticky texture and soft carbonation in palate. Ahhh, bullpiss...

Side by Side with the regular blue OML. The picture for this one is wrong, clocks in at 5.9% just like the OML. Also, this is a by the book malt liquor, not a pale lager. Very light yellow with a small white head. Almost zero head retention on this one. Sweet candy aroma, almost like it would be in the 8% range. Some corn, a bit of soy, and just a touch of tootsie roll. Plum and grape round this one out. Minimal carbonation in the finish for the style. Not sure which one I like better. This one does NOT pair well with Jalapeno chips but the OML does, Edge goes to OML.
