Overall...drinkable. I can’t slam it because it is a macro. It holds up well to other macros and is actually drinkable.

By far one of the best pale lagers on the market. Yellow with moderate carbonation. Very little aroma, but solid flavor with a good malt base. I do not perceive any adjuncts, and I believe this is all malt.

On tap in a shaker. Pours light golden with a small head. Aroma of pale malts and light hops. Flavor the same. Light. A standard pale lager.

Finally got around to picking up a six-pack of this. The first sip out of the bottle literally made me say "Wow, that’s a pretty good beer." It is beer, and a good example of a decent American macro lager. Nothing special, but what I’d consider a classic style. A little bread, a hint of hops, agreeable overall flavor and medium-light body, with a crisp finish that lingers just enough. Again, nothing amazing, but well done. I will buy again.

Can poured a clear gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of bread, straw and light earthiness. Palate was ligt bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread dough and a hint of earthiness with a crisp clean finish.

Can sampled. Not a very good beer. A little better than an MGD. This is a meh beer.

umm...another typical american lager. I hear older friends of mine talk about this beer fondly. So i guess it holds some nostalgia for them...for me...not that great...pale golden color...foamy white head...not much to speak of.

Bottle; clear dull gold color with a whitish head. Aroma of wet bread and corn. Flavor was really bland, alot of corn and bread, and water. Not much to see here.

Can’t figure out why this one has such a dismal rating within this category. This one isn’t bad at all, good head and lacing, lots of bubbles, grassy smell, slightly sweet grassy and dry toast/biscuit character. For a cheep American adjunct beer, this is one of the best ones out there. It’s also good when you need cheep beer for the masses and also have to drink it yourself.
