Pours amber/copper. Light white head.
Aroma is lightly smokey,herbal with some caramel notes.
Taste is filled with honey, dark fruits (cherry / prunes). Could note some licorice and a sirupy finish with the honey.
Not a bad brew.

Sweet flavour, cara-malty, honeyish taste with an underlying, well-balanced herbal note; medium bodied with a mild carbonation; finishes honey-like, sweet and dangerously pleasant-to-drink finish.

Dec 12, 2006 Bottle: Deep golden coloured, mid-sized fluffy head, slowly diminishing; sugary sweet malty, caramelly nose with a distinctive hoppy touch; distinctive sweet flavour, some bitterness is also detectable, medium bodied; fruity (honey), sweet-malty finish, balanced by some bitterness. An odd brew, but quite well drinkable.........
