Limpid amber body with heavy carbonation and and diminishing off-white bubbly head. Boring malty/hoppy aroma with some bready and grassy notes. Taste carries interesting whisky hints but globally, it lacks complexity. Ends with a fair bittersweet finish. This is neither bad or exciting. Grovlam (3809), Copenhagen, Denmark

Clear light sparkling body with a light golden color. Fair display of lacework. Aroma of light dusty malt, grain, hay, hint of cardboard. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and a light alcoholic texture. Moderated sweet with light bitterness. Light sweet and alcoholic warming finish. patrick767 (2019), fort wayne, Indiana, USA

I didn’t get any smoke at all and it looks like I was far from the only one. The label says nothing about it being smoked either. Anyway, it pours a sort of yellow-brown color with floating yeast flakes and a very thin head. The label says it’s a red ale and I’m not really seeing that either. The aroma is of yeast and sweet malt. The same goes for the flavor. There’s a little hops in there. Though I let the beer warm, it remained somewhat watery, which surprised me for a 7% abv brew. Overall it’s an okay beer, but lacks anything that would make it rise above that status. Radek Kliber (3942), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada

Appearance :Clear, oily deep gold with rather small weak head in form of ring 2 +
Nose:Fairly sweet on malty side with light hint of smoked honey and woody dry twig. Flavour/Palate: Medium full bodied . Big malt base, oily texture. Slight woody top. Flat alcohol at finish. Fuller maltier Mocne which makes it somewhat bock like brew with upper gently dryied wood like hints. Pleasantly warming finish.Quiet interesting.

Aroma of grain, malt, and a bit of caramel and fruit. Same with the flavor, except alcohol comes through. Its not terrible, but its not good. tomthompson89 (1474), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Sep 3, 2007 Alcohol nose, with malt and humbugs, amber, pours a small, very short lived white head. Candied malt flavour, humbugs again and the ever present alcohol. Full bodied, bitter, alcohol isn’t subtle, and not once did I get smoke from this. Ordinary stuff. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA
